- Coverage: how many of the topic’s answers mention you.
- Position: your rank among every brand named in those answers, for mentions and for citations.
- Events: the gaps and overtakes behind each topic, from “What needs your attention”.

Where they win
Prompts where competitors are named and you are not.
Orvio lists the prompts where a competitor appears in the answer and you don’t, sorted by how many engines agree. These are the questions buyers ask where you’re currently invisible.
- Open any prompt to read the saved answers by engine and date.
- Grouped by topic, so you can see if a whole area is missing, like pricing or integrations.
Dots show how many of your 3 engines named the brand in their answers.
Changes as they happen
Know when a competitor moves.
Each run is compared with the one before. When a competitor overtakes you on an engine, gets newly cited for a prompt, or starts appearing in answers, it reaches the “What needs your attention” list. Normal swings are filtered out.
Competitor sentiment
How engines describe them, next to you.
Once a month, Orvio’s deep sentiment reads how engines talk about your brand and your top 10 competitors, topic by topic. You see where a competitor is praised and you’re not, and the claims behind it.
“Mixed” on pricing: engines repeat that Brightdesk requires an annual contract.
Find out why
Compare your page with the one AI chose.
When a competitor wins a prompt, start a deep investigation. Orvio reviews the saved answers, compares your page with the competitor page that got cited, and gives you the reason plus what to change.
The reason: Pipelane’s page states the price per seat and team size limits in the first paragraph. Yours doesn’t mention pricing.

FAQ
Questions about competitor tracking.
Anything else, book a 30 minute call and we’ll walk through your market with you.
Which competitors are tracked?
The competitors on your own list. Orvio also flags brands that appear in your answers but aren’t on your list yet, so you can find new competitors and add them. Competitors don’t use extra prompts: they are read from the same answers Orvio already collects.
What is the difference between mentioned and cited?
Mentioned means the answer names the brand. Cited means the answer links to the brand’s website as a source. A competitor can be mentioned often and cited rarely, or the other way round.
Which engines are compared?
The engines you track: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode. Starter and Growth include three of your choice, Pro four.
How often is competitor data updated?
With every run: every two days on Starter, daily on Growth and Pro. Deep sentiment for your top 10 competitors runs once a month.
Can I see the answers behind a competitor’s numbers?
Yes. Every rate opens the saved answers it is based on, by prompt, engine and date, with the sources each answer cited.
